You can also sign up for our Property Alert List , which will regularly inform you of any new properties that become available so you can be the first to book a viewing.

If you would like to rent a property through Star Residential Sales & Lettings you will need the following:
References
We require two references for each Applicant.
One should be from your employer and one should be a character reference from someone who knows you but who is not related to you.
If you are not employed we will need 2 character references and you will also need a Guarantor.
Credit Checks
We carry out Credit Checks on all applicants. If you have a poor credit rating this will not automatically prevent you from renting a property. Please discuss anything that you feel may be relevant with one of our associates who will be able to advise you prior to a Credit Check being carried out. A Guarantor may be required.
Administration Charges
There will be an administration charge payable when you make an application to rent a property
Move-In Day
Please advise us of your desired move-in day. If this is more than 7 days in advance we may request a holding fee. This is non-refundable if you decide not to take the property.
Payment
You will need the following amount in cleared funds (i.e. cash or a cheque that has cleared with us) on the day that you move in:
* A month’s rent in advance
* A month’s rent for the bond/deposit
